My core values are community, integrity, freedom, joy, love, and respect. We set the bar high, and rise together. I am obsessed with calling people together, putting people with a similar vibe, values, and vision in a room, and throwing a party. I am a connector and super-attractor.

I have worked in community doing women’s empowerment and education since 2015. It started as a health and business education for indiginous communities in Guatemala, and morphed into women’s circles across the country. I have worn all the hats, I have played all the roles, I have been the least knowledgeable one in the room, and the leader of the pack.

When I said yes to my life’s work, I became keenly aware of the projections of beliefs I had unconsciously agreed to, things immediately shifted. I chose a path that was right for me - a heart-centered path devoted to authenticity and profound connection - to Self and the world.

Forced to sit with my fears and anxieties, I was able to understand them on a deeper level. I leaned fully into healing past traumas and limiting beliefs, releasing physical and energetic blockages that held me back from my highest self.

Throughout that time I suffered greatly. The anxiety and stress I felt manifested in my physical body. Soon thereafter, I was diagnosed with a autoimmune disorder, Celiac’s Disease. Upon my diagnosis, I became obsessed with healing my physical vessel. I began moving mindfully - practicing yoga and walking, daily. I dedicated time to learning through stillness with Self and conscious engagement with the world. It was then when she discovered health coaching. Since then, I have been in pursuit of higher knowing, and continuously invest in my education to be the best version of Self I can be.
